Nest Haiku is a flagship housing development project of Nest Habitation. Nest Haiku Villas provides luxury villas that redefine the standard of lifestyle in Coimbatore. The Project is positioned at Singanallur which is cherished by Coimbatoreans as a place for a peaceful life.

Coimbatore's new entrant into Real Estate domain.

The Objective
To bring awareness about the brand Nest Habitation and to promote sales of 30 villas.

  • Bringing up the culture of buying apartment/villas in Coimbatore by promoting a gated-community lifestyle.
  • The brand Nest Habitation is relatively new in the market, and people are not aware of the brand. (This was the toughest barrier to break, as the competitor with well-known brand name was offering a similar offering in a nearby location.)
SuperX Campaign

We created user personas to target a specific set of users in Coimbatore, people from Coimbatore working outside Coimbatore, NRI customers, etc. We created personas based on geography, occupation, income level, investment interest, real estate interest, etc.

Channels Used:
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • No arguments here, all of us know the importance of SEO in real estate space. We did industry best SEO tactics to beat the competitor and get us listed in top of the search.
  • Pay Per Click (PPC Ads)
  • We did targeted keywords by understanding user search data, and competitor strategy.
    s We tried to break the competitor’s game plan to keep our ad on top of the page for all relevant keywords.
    We played with ad copies and local language ads in display campaigns to drive user attention.
  • Content Marketing
  • Since we are a relatively new brand, we want to build a trust factor among user by sharing content which can help them in making real estate investment, purchase a new home, etc. It helped in making Nest Habitation an expert in the industry as well as hook the user to the brand.


This is an on-going project and we have completed 40% of sales in 3 monthss.
